Gothic Glamour

Gothic Glamour is a set to be a popular trend in interiors for AW14. It is elegant, stylish and sophisticated and can be easy to live with- just stay away from skulls and red velvets curtains !

Colours that typify the trend are Farrow & Ball Downpipe, Studio Green and Brinjal. Fabrics that suit this look are tactile and opulent: damask, velvets and silks.

The wonderful interiors in the recently renovated St Pancras Renaissance hotel, which was originally designed by George Gilbert Scott, the Gothic revival architect, are the epitome of Gothic glamour. This is the famous staircase (via pinterest
