What are your opening hours?

Our shop opening hours are Monday-Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, if you need to ring us for any reason. However, you can place an order on the website 24hours a day. You can email us anytime too, and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. (phone numbers and email address is below)

How can I contact customer services?

I'd like more information on a product, and to see a sample or some more photos

You can ring us on the numbers above, or email us with your questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are interested in our wallpapers, it is best to order a sample so that you can match the colours accurately and not just rely on the image on your screen. If you are not sure how many rolls you need, please email us with the dimensions of the space so that we can advise you of the quantity required.

I live abroad. Will you be able to deliver internationally?

We can deliver internationally but to be able to give you an accurate delivery quote please email us, giving details of your address and the items you would like to buy. We can then get back to you with the delivery cost and how long it is likely to take. Also bear in mind that you may need to pay customs fees in your own country, which will be in addition to the shipping costs, and which we have no control over. 

When will you dispatch my order?

We try to dispatch as soon as possible after receiving payment, usually between 2-5 days. However, some of our products will have longer lead times, especially some of the Mineheart products, and details of these will be found on the product pages.

Will my parcel be sent by tracked delivery?

We try to use a tracked delivery service whenever possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will email you to let you know that it is on its way. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will keep you informed as best we can!

I need something urgently. Do you have an express delivery option? 

We understand that sometimes there will be a need for urgent delivery, especially around Christmas. There will be an additional shipping cost for this service. If you need something urgently, please call on 01323 641531 or email anthea@dressingroomsinteriors.co.uk and we will do our best to dispatch as soon as possible.

I would like to return my goods. What shall I do?

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order or products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. Under this legislation, you also have the right to receive a refund in full, including any associated delivery charges if you return within these timescales.
