Hopefully you will love your new purchase but if you are not completely happy with it, you can return the goods to us for a full refund.
Please let us know by email within 7 days from the date of receipt, that you are intending to return the goods, and send them back to us within 14 days.
The returned goods must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and we recommend that they are sent back by a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Fragile items must be securely packaged and we recommend insuring the goods for breakages.
If goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours on 01323 641531 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will ask you to return the goods, which we will then examine and notify you of your entitlement to a refund via e-mail within 7 days. If we are responsible for the damage, we will refund the full amount, including the cost of delivery to you, or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our expense.
The reasonable cost of returning the faulty item to us will also be reimbursed.
